- 4 tomatoes, halved horizontally
- ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoons Opus Black
- Freshly ground pepper, to taste
