The roots of the olives of Opus are in Pergamon, the ancient city of the Hellenistic era, across the Aegean Sea.
It's harvested early within hours and cold-pressed to maximize polyphenols (antioxidants that are good for health), merged the supreme taste of Ayvalik olives with high technology master miller to produce antioxidant-rich single-origin extra virgin olive oil.

It's smooth, buttery, and has medium bitterness.
Opus Black comes in a 500 ML/16.9 fl oz glass bottle that has been treated with a UV filter to protect the oil from damaging light.
